Stacey Solomon has registered the birth of baby Rose three weeks after she was born and shared the moment with her social media followers on Thursday
Stacey Solomon has celebrated a milestone after officially registering her baby Rose three weeks after the tot was born.
The Loose Women presenter gave birth to the youngster at home as the now mum-of-four celebrated her 32nd birthday.
On Thursday, the star headed to the registration office to make her daughter’s name official.
The birth certificate shows the child’s full name as Rose Opal Esmè Solomon-Swash.
Stacey is also mum to Zach, 13, Leighton, nine, and Rex, two.
The former X Factor contestant shared a photo of her newborn in bed with her son Rex and captioned the pic: “Good morning from Rex and Rose.
“We have to get up and out early today for registration day.
“Time to make you official baby Rose.”
She then shared a sweet snap of her daughter in a comfy looking pink bunny onesie as they prepared to brace the outdoors. She wrote alongside the image: “All ready to go. None of her coats fit her yet but this should keep her warm.
“If any of you know any good places for coats for 6lb babies I would love to know.”
After she had completed the registration, Stacey again took to Instagram to share the legal documents with her followers and said: “Welcome to the world Rose.”
She explained how her daughter was “sooo awake” during their outing and said she must have enjoyed the trip. In a video, Stacey said: “Rose has been so awake today.
“I think it’s because we left the confines of the bedroom.”
Fiance Joe can then be heard saying he bets his daughter his “bored” of being in the bedroom before Stacey jokingly claps back and says “she loves it”.
She continued: “I don’t know why we were so excited about it. You know as they get bigger they just get more alert and start responding to things and it’s so exciting.
“She looks so different with her eyes open. Joe cracks me up. She has those eyes that newborns have.
“I wonder if they’ll stay like Rex’s or go brown like ours.”
In a follow-on post, Stacey gushed loving their daughter “to the moon and back” before saying who quickly time has passed since she gave birth.
In the early hours of the morning she again shared a post of the tot resting on her chest after a seemingly restless night.
Stacey posted a quote by Casey Huff: “Hey mama, I know you’re tired. But I hope under that exhaustion you feel some pride too. Because no matter how the past 24 hours went, you can fall into bed tonight knowing you made someone’s life a little better today – just by loving them like only you can.”
