Michelle Keegan showed off her natural beauty as she posted a snap of herself in her gym gear as she got a workout done after filming for her Sky One show Brassic
Michelle Keegan wowed with her natural beauty as she posed for a mirror selfie at the gym.
The Brassic star has been busy filming scenes for the Sky One comedy show but she took a break from the daily grind to get a workout in at the nearby gym.
The actress – who is married to former Only Way Is Essex star and presenter Mark Wright – looked amazing as she posed for a mirror selfie in her black workout gear, as she went make-up free ahead of her gym session.
Uploading the snap online, she added the day and date onto the photograph.

Michelle recently opened up about her favourite foods, confessing food is “life” for her.
She told the Off Menu podcast: “I am a massive, massive foodie. Food for me is life. From the moment I wake up to the time I go to bed, I’m thinking about my food. The first thought for me when I wake up? Cup of tea. Biscuits!
“For us northerners, it’s tea and biscuits in the morning – you have like a rich tea or a custard cream. It’s fantastic. It wakes my tastebuds up. Then I go for the savoury option. Always start with the sweet, then we go to the savoury.”

Michelle confessed she is “quite bad at snacking” and enjoys both sweet and savoury treats.
“I’m quite bad at snacking quite late at night, so I am actually quite full from the night before, if I’m being honest,” she added.
“A lot of the time that’s something quite salty like crisps or a piece of ham with toast on top.”
The former Coronation Street actress has been open about her diet and exercise routine, explaining how she no longer “punishes herself” when she heads to the gym.
She always tries to exercise in the morning as she feels it helps to “set her up” for the day.
“I haven’t worked out for two weeks, but I’m not punishing myself over that,” she told the Women’s Health podcast, Going For Goal.
“[Previously] it was always the guilt for me, a lot of the time, and why I would be in the gym for two hours because I was like ‘oh I’ve really been bad this week, so I need to go to the gym, I need to work it off.’ And I was in the gym for two hours.”
