Charlotte Dawson has lost four stone in recent months in a bid to become healthier – with the reality TV star admitting that she now feels ‘sexy’ as a result
Charlotte Dawson says she feels so confident in herself after losing four stone that she isn’t afraid to leave the lights on in the bedroom anymore!
The Ex on the Beach alum has lost weight over the last six months, saying she’s been given a new lease on life because of it.
It comes following the birth of her son, Noah, last year – with Charlotte stating recently that her desire to be healthier was influenced by wanting to be around for him.
And her slimmer physique has meant that she now feels more confident in herself and subsequently in the bedroom with her fiancé, rugby player Matt Sarsfield, 30.
The reality TV star made the admission in an interview with Closer magazine, in which she discussed the impact of having dropped from a dress size 16 to an 8 recently.
Charlotte said she now feels “sexy,” having slimmed down from 12 stone to eight and a half stone. She said: “I feel on top of the world with the way I look and on the inside, too.”
She added: “I definitely feel more confident in front of Matt. He’s buzzing with my new figure […] I can keep the lights on in the bedroom now and don’t have to turn them off.”

The Celebs Go Dating alum said she had been binge-eating after the birth of her son but “came to her senses” following concern from others – including her doctor.
Charlotte – who is the daughter of the late comedian Les Dawson – said that the circumstances of her father’s death influenced her decision to become healthier.
She said that whilst her he had suffered from a heart attack, having type-2 diabetes contributed to his death in 1993, aged 62.
She said: “If he’d listened to advice and eaten healthier, he might still be here.” The mum-of-one said she didn’t want her son Noah to grow up without her in his life.

During the interview, she stated that her weight loss was aided by dance workouts and controlling her portion sizes. She’s since turned her diet and exercise plan into an online programme offering meal plans and workouts, named Chazza’s Belleh Blaster.
She assures there’s still meals like fish and chips on her plan – priced at £39.99 for a 3 month programme – but just smaller portions, as she wants people to eat rather than “starve themselves.”
