Britney Spears discusses what she will do post-conservatorship

Britney Spears is planning a huge music comeback – and enlisting the help of the same team who work with Lady Gaga.

The 39-year-old star has been churning out hits since she was just a teenager – with her debut single …Baby One More Time being released in 1998 when the star was just 16-years-old.

And now, following a career spanning four decades, Britney is said to be planning an explosive final hurrah before potentially disappearing form the spotlight for good.

The star is said to be in touch with Bobby Campbell – the music manager who has worked with 35-year-old Gaga since 2014 – as she plans to record new music and hit the road.

A source told The Sun on Sunday: “She has a lot of respect for the working relationship Bobby has with Lady Gaga.

“Britney thinks they might make a good team. It is early days but she feels there is potential.

“The ideas being discussed include a greatest hits album with new bonus tracks, and live dates which are being seen as her farewell tour.”

Britney’s own manager, Larry Rudolph, quit working why the singer in July while her conservatorship battle reached a peak.

The star has shed a large number of people who have worked with her over the past 13 years – who all stood by while she had her personal and financial life controlled by her father, Jamie Spears.

Fans will be excited to learn Britney is planning to create new music and go on tour – but the suggestion this will be a ‘farewell tour’ may be seen as bitter sweet by many.

Back in July, Britney vowed not to perform or work while she was kept under her conservatorship.

She wrote on Instagram at the time: “I’m not gonna be performing on any stages anytime soon with my dad handling what I wear, say, do, or think.”

The conservatorship was finally terminated this month after originally being placed on the star back in 2008.

Since the legal order hanging over her life was repealed, Britney has vowed to lift the lid on all the restrictions and trauma the conservatorship caused.

She wrote on Instagram last week: “I might as well do a hint of my thoughts on the gram before I go and set things square on@Oprah!!!!! I mean who knows.

Britney’s music comeback will be bittersweet – as it will also be her last

“I do know how embarrassing is to share the fact I’ve never seen cash or wasn’t able to drive my car.

“But honestly it still blows my mind every day I wake up how my family and the conservatorship were able to do what they did to me … it was demoralizing and degrading !!!! I’m not even mentioning all the bad things they did to me which they should all be in jail for.”

“I’m used to keeping peace for the family and keeping my mouth shut … but not this time … I have NOT FORGOTTEN and I hope they can look up tonight and know EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN !”
