BREAKING Carabao Cup quarter-final draw in full as Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea discover fate

Chelsea will face Brentford in the last eight of the Carabao Cup whilst Liverpool will take on Leicester City as Jurgen Klopp eyes his first domestic cup success

The Carabao Cup will have a new name on it this year

Arsenal will face Sunderland at the Emirates Stadium in the last eight of the Carabao Cup whilst Chelsea head to Brentford for a west London derby.

Liverpool will host Leicester City at Anfield and Tottenham will host West Ham in north London

Manchester City’s four-year winning run in the Carabao Cup has come to an end after they were beaten on penalties by West Ham.

The games will be played week commencing December 20.

The Black Cats are the only football league side left in the competition and will need to overcome Mikel Arteta’s side to make the last four.

Sunderland boss Lee Johnson said earlier this week: “I’d love to have Arsenal away or Tottenham away, or someone like that.

“Then we will wait for the really big guns when it is two legs.”

Chelsea meanwhile recently saw off Brentford as they hung on to see off the Bees with Edouard Mendy needing to make several big saves.
